Sheikh Mansour was born in the United Arab Emirates on 1970. He is the fifth child of Zayed II and his wife Fatima in Abu Dhabi. After finishing his studies in Abu Dhabi, he went to the United States for higher education. 1993 obtained a bachelor's degree in international relations.

From 65438 to 0997, Mansour was appointed as the director of the President's Office and later became the first minister of presidential affairs.

Since 2000, Mansour has served as the chairman of the National Center for Literature and Research.

In 2005, he became vice chairman of Abu Dhabi Education Committee, chairman of UAE Foundation, Abu Dhabi Food Administration and Abu Dhabi Development Foundation.

In 2006, he became the chairman of the judiciary in Abu Dhabi.

In 2005, Mansour was appointed as a member of the Supreme Petroleum Council. In the same year, he became the chairman of the international oil investment company and a member of the board of directors of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. In 2007, he served as the chairman of the UAE Investment Authority and the Royal Wealth Foundation.

In 2007, Mansour was appointed Chairman of Khalifa Bin Zayed Charity Foundation.

Mansour is also the chairman of First Gulf Bank and a member of the board of directors of Zayed Charity and Humanitarian Foundation.
