Chen Panzao (1897— 1990), a native of Huanggang Village, Chen Wu, is a major general of the Kuomintang. Peking University graduated, studied in France and Germany successively, and obtained the Master of Science. He used to be the director of the political department of the Northern Expeditionary Army and the instructor of the advanced class of Nanjing Central Military Academy. 1after going to Taiwan in the spring of 946, he was hired as a professor and acting president of Taiwan Province Provincial Normal University. He is the author of Medicinal Biology, Summary of Hot Springs in China, Literature Review and Outline of Chinese Studies.

Chen Jiaying, born in the Republic of China, was born in Huanggang Village, Chen Wu, graduated from Tsinghua University, and served as the principal of Ganxian Kindergarten Middle School.
