Since the establishment of the China Association for the Promotion of Ethnic Trade, especially since the establishment of the new leadership of the first National Congress of the China Association for the Promotion of Ethnic Trade in March 2008, under the care and correct guidance of superior leaders and state functional ministries, and with the strong support and help of member units, councils and all walks of life, the association has actively implemented relevant state policies and strived to expand the development space of the association according to the complicated and ever-changing domestic and international economic situation. Combined with the needs of the current national economic transformation and the new situation faced by mass organizations in the new period, we persisted in reform and development and did a lot of practical things for the economic and social development of ethnic areas, which was highly praised by superior leaders, government departments and all walks of life, and the work of the association achieved remarkable results.

Over the past few years, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) has insisted on investigation and study, grasped the macro-policies of the state, and actively made suggestions to higher-level government departments, which has attracted the attention of the central high-level authorities. At the same time, a number of major commercial and public welfare activities have begun to take shape, and many important activities and international forums such as China International Food Expo and Muslim Summit Forum have been successfully held. Some of these projects have become the business brands of China People's Trade Association and have been listed as excellent projects of the State Council SASAC. After years of development, focusing on serving national enterprises, I will actively explore and undertake the transfer of government functions. By deepening the reform of the association's operating mechanism, strengthening cooperation, strengthening innovation, enhancing ability, strengthening service and standardizing management, I have achieved the goal of expanding the association's service field, improving its service products and strengthening its cooperation system. The comprehensive strength has been greatly improved, and its economic and social benefits are in the forefront of SASAC's affiliated associations. It has also formed a relatively perfect operation mechanism and organizational structure of the association, and initially established a modern social organization development model and thinking that adapts to the national economic transformation, laying a solid economic foundation for building a brand, international and diversified association operation model and sustainable development in the future.

To celebrate the 65th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 30th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the Law on Regional National Autonomy in People's Republic of China (PRC), the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has specially implemented the material foundation of promoting the economic and social development, innovating the assistance model, increasing support for ethnic areas, consolidating the harmonious development and common progress of all ethnic groups, and promoting the unity, progress, common prosperity and common prosperity of all ethnic groups. With the approval of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the Ethnic Affairs Commission of China People's Political Consultative Conference, a series of large-scale public welfare activities were officially launched on May 3, 20654381day, "Dream of Concentric Circles and Beautiful China Tour-Comprehensive Assistance Plan for National Ethnic Areas and Old Revolutionary Areas". The activity is dedicated to mobilizing all sectors of society to help ethnic minority areas develop faster, increasing assistance to ethnic minority areas and old revolutionary areas, achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in synchronization with the whole country and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, including ethnic minorities.
