Tell me about yesterday's interview, overseas marketing of Skyworth Digital Technology Company, which is also my real interview.
I received a call from Skyworth the day before yesterday, saying that I would go with a tripartite agreement. I was so excited that my classmates and friends around me said they would definitely sign it. But I always vaguely felt that the signing was too smooth, but I still rushed to Huake with the mentality of signing.
Just after Jianghan Bridge, I received a call from Skyworth, saying that the interview time was advanced to 19: 20, a whole hour. Fortunately, I won't be late when I come out.

It wasn't long before another Chinese boy came, very polite and easy-going. He said that in general, large companies will ask them to take a tripartite agreement when they re-examine. After listening, my heart thumped. Before I knew it, it was my turn to go for an interview.
The interviewer is a vice president, super kind, has never experienced any big scenes, and his brain is suddenly dull. The first question he asked me was why I wanted to do sales. I never wanted to be a salesman. This overseas marketing was an unexpected prize, so my answer was not good and I stuttered a little. Then he asked me what a 4P was. I answered a threesome, but I forgot the most important product. After the vice principal gave me a hint, I felt hopeless. I want to come back. When I mentioned 4C, he immediately asked me what 4C was. Fortunately, I answered all the questions. Then, he said that it would be very hard for girls to do overseas sales, and they had to deal with people directly. They may not be able to finish the task for months. They asked me what to do. What I said was a mess, which probably meant that if I didn't complete the sales task, I would first communicate with my predecessors, sum up whether my methods were wrong, and then reflect on the improvement and complete my sales task (I thought about it later, I should say that the purpose of marketing is to sell the products to the right people at the right time and place with the right price, so we should determine the sales expansion plan on the basis of understanding the customer's needs. If my sales task is not completed, what I should do is to re-understand the customer's needs, re-summarize, and then make a new plan. Later, he took my pen to test and asked why the customer came to me instead of going to the customer's home in person. This is the only question that I think answers smoothly. I said that some customers may not like others to visit him directly and tell him that the price is wrong, and they may think that we are making a difference. I also wrote that we will get in touch with customers in time, and we will communicate first and choose the best way to solve this problem (in fact, I have to add that if you let customers come to the store, you can choose more gift packages that customers need to satisfy them, but if you go directly to customers' homes, you can't bring many gift packages, so the range of choices is very narrow and may not meet the needs of customers. After that, the vice president turned over my resume again and said, do you have any questions? I know it's over. Finally, I asked a few questions about overseas marketing, and then thanked Skyworth for giving me the opportunity, and I came out. In this way, I missed the opportunity to get it.
Actually, I'm not willing to come out, because it's really my own. I missed Skyworth. It also means that you have never seen the world, and you don't have to sign a tripartite agreement when you are told. You are so happy. Let me sum up: I am very familiar with my resume, and you can answer whatever others ask; Take the initiative. I can't be led by a test tube. I always make this mistake. In fact, when I answered the wrong 4P, I should take the initiative to say more, such as personality, experience, or that an enterprise can only stand in the market if it has its own brand. Skyworth, as the top three color TVs in China, has always stood out with its leading concept and always stood in the front line of the color TV industry. Understand means understand, don't understand means don't understand, everything you say in the interview may be asked in a test tube, so don't talk nonsense unless you have an answer.
