Opening, using and raising method of teapot

Application of new teapot and method of raising teapot

1, a new pot must first decide what kind of tea this pot is used to brew. For example, tea that pays attention to aroma or has a strong taste must have a special pot to soak, and at the same time, it can nourish new pots. The method is to drown the pot body with water in a clean pot, boil the pot body with low fire, and put the tea leaves into the pot to cook at the same time. After boiling, take out the tea residue, wait for a moment, take out the new pot, and put it in a dry and tasteless place to dry naturally before use. 2. When the new pot is used, it should be boiled with tea soup to remove the smell of new smoke, and then it can be used after washing and decontamination. 3. When the old pot is reused, the tea residue should be poured out every time after making tea, and the residual soup should be washed with hot water to keep it clean and hygienic. 4. Pay attention to the "tea mountain in the pot". Some people often only remove the tea residue after soaking, but often leave the tea soup in the pot to dry in the shade, and it will accumulate into a tea mountain after a long time, but if it is not properly maintained, it is easy to produce odor in the pot. So scald it with boiling water before soaking. It is absolutely not advisable to keep tea residue in a pot. On the one hand, the tea residue in the pot is easy to produce sour and unpleasant smell, which is harmful to the pot. On the other hand, teapot can absorb the hot tea fragrance, so the residual fragrance is not good for teapot. 6. When using the pot, you should rub it frequently and touch it constantly. After a long time, it not only feels comfortable, but also glows the natural luster of purple sand pottery itself, which is more intriguing. 7. When cleaning the surface of the pot, you can scrub it by hand. After washing, you can try it with clean cotton cloth or other soft cloth, and then put it in a dry, ventilated and odorless place to dry in the shade. Over time, you will naturally have a deeper feeling about this pot.

The maintenance of the pot is generally called "pot cultivation". The purpose of pot cultivation is to make it good at enriching flavor and make the pot glow with its own simple luster. This is because clay pots are water-absorbent. If you smoke tea for a long time, it will really help tea.

The luster of the new pot is dim. However, after long-term use and proper placement, the body of the pot can show its luster, so the first step in raising the pot is to make tea. Because the pores of the teapot absorb the ingredients of tea soup while adjusting the temperature, the teapot gradually forms a shiny surface. No matter soaking the pot in tea soup, making tea soup constantly, or even using the so-called pot-raising machine, it is not the correct way to raise the pot. Only by making tea often can we achieve the effect of raising pots.

After the teapot is used, the tea residue should be taken out as soon as possible, and the inside and outside of the teapot should be washed clean with clear water. Pay attention to whether the spout is blocked by tea residue, and don't scrub the teapot with cleaning agent when cleaning, otherwise it will wash away the tea fragrance and luster of the pot body and fail to achieve the effect of raising the pot. When it comes to the way of keeping tea residue in the pot, on the one hand, it is easy to have sour taste when tea residue is stuffy in the pot, which is harmful to the pot. On the other hand, the pot absorbs the taste of hot fragrant tea, and the aftertaste is not good for the pot.

Finally, wipe off the water on the surface of the teapot with a tea towel, put it in a ventilated place to dry, and then put it in the cupboard where the tea set is placed. The teapot should be wiped frequently to glow its turbid luster. Usually, as long as you gently wipe it with a tea towel, the luster will easily appear, but don't wipe it directly, and don't wipe the pot with oil. Both of them are of little help to raising pots, which will destroy the results of raising pots, and the luster produced is oily or dirty, commonly known as "monk light".

Use and maintenance of new teapot

Traditional operation method:

1. Separate the kettle from the lid and put it in a clean container filled with water, which is large enough to cover the whole kettle.

2. At the same time, put some tea in the container (the tea you want to brew is put in this pot) and cook it slowly on a small fire. Pay attention to prevent the pot from colliding with the lid or container wall and causing damage.

3. Cook slowly for about 1 hour, remove the fire source, let the pot still stand in the container covered with water, slowly cool, and let it stand 1 day.

4. The next day, take out the pot, dump the remaining sediment in the pot, and wash the pot carefully with clear water. Repeat the above steps of 1-3 once.

The next day, take out the pot and wash it carefully with hot water. After this treatment, the air holes in the pot have been opened and can be used.

Simple processing method:

1. Fill the pot with newly boiled water and let it stand for 5- 10 minutes.

2. Fill the pot with newly boiled water again and add 1 teaspoon. Let the tea stand for 5- 10 minutes. Pour the water out of the pot.

Now you can start using your new teapot.

How to wash the used teapot?

-Since purple sand has the special function of absorbing tea fragrance, please don't use soap or any washing products to clean your teapot. After using the teapot, carefully pour out the tea leaves in the teapot and rinse them with hot water. Open the lid and let it dry naturally. Be careful not to let greasy things pollute your beloved pot.

Zisha tea set, developed from pottery, began in the Song Dynasty, flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and has been passed down to this day. The most famous purple sand tea set is made of purple sand, which is a special kind of clay in the south of Yixing, Jiangsu Province and the north of Changxing, Zhejiang Province. This clay has high iron content and strong plasticity, and its firing temperature is about 1 150℃. The color of purple mud tea set depends on the color and texture difference of purple mud, such as azure mud is dark liver color, honey mud is light ochre color, stone yellow mud is cinnabar color, pear skin mud is frozen pear color and so on. After clarification, washing and blending, bronze and light ink will appear. Later, it was said that purple sand tea set has three characteristics: making tea does not stink, storing tea does not change color, and it is not easy to deteriorate in hot summer. Shi Dabin Pot in Ming Dynasty, Hui Pot in late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, Mingyuan Pot in Qing Dynasty, Mansheng Pot by Chen Mansheng and contemporary Zisha Pot are all rare treasures in Zisha Pot. The maintenance of purple sand teapot, commonly known as raising pot, aims to make the pot more mellow and delicious, and then make the purple sand pot glow with simple luster and oily feel. There are many ways to raise a pot. The first is to use it carefully and keep the kettle intact. In addition, you need to do the following:

1. Maintenance of the new pot: Before using the new pot, fill it with clear water, grab a handful of tea leaves, put them in the pot together with the teapot and boil it. After boiling, continue to simmer for half an hour to an hour. It should be noted that the capacity of tea soup in the pot should not be lower than the surface of the pot to prevent the teapot from burning out. Or after the tea soup is boiled, soak the new pot in the tea soup for 2 hours, then take out the teapot and put it in a dry, ventilated and odorless place to dry naturally. Raising the pot in this way can not only remove the earthy smell in the pot, but also help to raise the pot.

2. Maintenance of the old pot: scald the old pot with boiling water before making tea; After drinking tea, pour out the tea residue, rinse off the residual soup with hot water and keep the pot clean. In addition, for new or old pots, the pot surface should be cleaned frequently, wiped by hand or unexpectedly soft, which is conducive to the moist, smooth and luminous purple sand mud and better hand feel. Moreover, in the long run, there will be a natural emotion between tea drinkers and pots, which will add to the infinite interest in tea tasting.

Six-step pot method

1, thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the pot. Whether it is a new pot or an old pot, wax, oil, dirt, tea dirt, etc. You should take it out of the pot first.

2. Avoid oil pollution. The teapot is the most oil-free, so it must be cleaned immediately after it is touched, otherwise the soil tire will not absorb tea, leaving only oil stains.

3. Make real tea. The more times you make tea, the more tea juice the pot absorbs. When the soil tire is absorbed to a certain extent, it will give off a jade-like luster on the pot surface.

4. Brush moderately. After the surface of the pot is drenched with tea juice, brush off the accumulated tea needles in the pot with a soft brush, rinse with boiling water, and then wipe with a clean tea towel. Don't keep pushing and rubbing it.

5. Clean and dry after use. After making tea, the tea residue should be removed to avoid odor and need to be rearranged.

6. Let the pot have a rest. After soaking the teapot for a period of time, you need to have a rest, so that the soil tire can dry naturally and thoroughly, and it can be better absorbed when it is used again. According to these six steps to brighten the pot, although the development speed is slow, the brightness can last for a long time and people are not afraid to touch it.
