2. Comprehensive quality evaluation

According to the requirements of the new curriculum reform of 20 12 college entrance examination, the comprehensive evaluation information of candidates will continue to be an integral part of candidates' electronic files.

The system consisting of "Basic Quality Evaluation Form" (53-54 pages) and "Personality Development Evaluation Form" generates an electronic file of candidates' comprehensive quality evaluation information according to the test number of the candidates' ordinary high school level examination and the data provided by the student status management department before admission.

(2) The comprehensive quality evaluation information of all previous college entrance examination students after 2006 (inclusive) consists of four pieces of information in the electronic files of the candidates in that year: self-evaluation, high school physical education scores, physical education examination information of Grade One and Grade Two, and school evaluation. Among them, "self-evaluation" means the examinee's "self-evaluation" and "proofreading" means the examinee's "graduation proofreading". This kind of previous candidates should accurately fill in the "previous year" and "previous test number" of the last college entrance examination when registering, and the system will generate an electronic file of candidates' comprehensive quality evaluation according to the "previous year" and "previous test number" before admission.

(3) After 2006 (inclusive), candidates should fill in "self-evaluation" when registering for the comprehensive quality evaluation information of previous students who did not participate in the college entrance examination. At the same time, the written materials of parents' evaluation and candidates' opinions provided by the graduation school or neighborhood offices (communities and village committees) are entered by the confirmation point. Candidates' "self-evaluation" and related written materials constitute the comprehensive quality evaluation information of candidates, and the system automatically generates electronic files before admission. This kind of previous candidates do not need to fill in "previous years" and "previous examination number" when registering.

Candidates' key information such as "test number", "previous year" and "previous test number" must be accurately entered. Incorrect input will lead to the inability to extract key information such as examination scores and comprehensive quality evaluation information of ordinary high school candidates.

The information is tampered with due to password leakage, and the candidates themselves are fully responsible. If you forget your password, candidates must immediately go to the confirmation point to reset the password, get a new password, and log on to the work network as soon as possible to modify the password.

2. Properly manage candidates' user names, login passwords and inquiry passwords, so as to enjoy the services provided by the "recruitment channels" such as the results inquiry of the college entrance examination and the admission inquiry of the college entrance examination, and participate in the online reporting and collection of volunteers on the "Work Network".

Third, data responsibility.

Candidates' basic information, candidates' resume information, candidates' family members' information, inquiry passwords and questionnaires are entered by the candidates themselves, and all consequences caused by data errors or omissions are borne by the candidates themselves. (2) Whether to take the art professional examination: Candidates who need to take the art professional examination in art colleges (departments) or other subjects should choose the item "Take the art professional examination" in the column, and fill in the corresponding items in the columns "Take the unified examination for art majors" and "Take the non-unified examination for art majors" according to the professional situation I applied for.

(3) Whether to take the physical education examination: Candidates who need to take the college (department) physical education examination or other subjects, select "Take the physical education examination" in the column of "Take the physical education examination" and select a special subject from the drop-down list in the column of "Physical education" to take the examination.

(4) Whether to take the oral listening test in March:
