Hengyang No.1 Psychiatric Hospital is the only non-profit secondary specialized psychiatric hospital under the supervision of Hengyang Municipal Health Bureau. The hospital was built in 1972 10.30. Originally Hengyang Psychiatric Hospital, 1987 was renamed Hengyang No.1 Psychiatric Hospital. It is a psychiatric hospital with the strongest technical force, the largest scale and the most beautiful environment in Hengyang and central and southern Hunan. The hospital, which integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and mental illness prevention, is a designated hospital for international academic exchange of mental health between China and Thailand designated by the Health Department of Hunan Province.
