Job search websites generally require job seekers to fill in online resumes for delivery. After job seekers finish writing their resumes online, they must set their resumes in a private position. Only the companies that have delivered their resumes can see them, and the rest of the companies can't see or search their resumes.
Once the resume is made public, the phone calls of job seekers will be bombarded, most of which are harassing calls, including advertising recommendation, pyramid schemes and fraud. So it's best to keep it private.
