Wang Hongwei, 197 1, was born in Wenquan County, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, China on September 26th. China tenor, a national first-class actor, enjoys "special government allowance" from the State Council. All-china youth federation, member of the 9th and 10th Standing Committee, director of China Literature Volunteers Association, and vice chairman of the Youth Federation of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.

1993 graduated from PLA Art College, studied for a master's degree in vocal music at PLA Art College in 2000, and obtained a master's degree in vocal music in 2003. She studied under Ms. Vocal Music Professor, Mr. Chao, a tenor, and Ms. Qi, a Vocal Music Professor.
