The first session of the Ninth Yueyang Municipal People's Congress held its third plenary session. At the meeting, Li Aiwu was elected as the mayor of Yueyang Municipal People's Government. Wang Tao, Li Jianhua, Li Meiyun, Li Jinsong, Chen Gehui, Huang Weixiong, Wei Shuping and Zhang Shiyu were elected as deputy mayors of the Municipal People's Government. Lin was elected as the director of the Municipal Supervision Committee.
