1. There is a bad track in the hard disk. We can click on the start menu of the computer desktop, select the run option and enter the CMD command, or use the keyboard shortcut Win+R key to start the run window and enter the cmd command, and enter the CHKDSKC:/F command in the popped-up cmd page to check whether there are bad tracks on drive C, and the page prompts whether there are file system errors and bad sector sizes. Everyone enters CHKDSKD:/F in turn.
2. Next, we can use the maintenance tools that come with the computer for maintenance. Double-click my computer, and you will see the local disk, then right-click the disk to be checked, select the Properties option, select Tools on the Properties page, check all two options on the Check Disk page, and click Start Automatic Repair.
3. Software can be used to repair. Everyone downloads and decompresses the DiskGenius software to the hard disk. After opening, we can click the hard disk option at the top of the page and click the bad track repair and detection. In the pop-up page, click Select Hard Disk, select all disks, and then click Start Detection at the bottom of the page. After the test is completed, it will prompt us whether there is a bad track. If there are bad sectors, we can refer to the information in the help manual, delete the partition, and separate and hide the 20mb areas before and after the bad sectors.
