There are 99 students in Grade 7, divided into two parallel classes: 99 and 100. The overall quality of students is very poor, which brings great pressure to teachers' teaching and management. There are 7 faculty members in the seventh grade group (teachers of other grades are also the targets of this grade group), including 3 undergraduates and 99 students. In addition, the teaching management of our school has gradually stepped into the standardized track, so the consciousness of "establishing a school by quality" has penetrated into the hearts of every teacher in this grade group, and new teaching concepts have gradually formed; Under the situation of the new curriculum reform, teachers gradually adapt to the new teaching methods and drive teachers of other grades to actively participate in the curriculum reform. However, the allocation of teachers is unreasonable, and some teachers' majors are not right, which brings great difficulties to the school's work arrangement, but teachers still obey the school's arrangement without complaint. In the past semester, the teachers in Grade 7 have been working hard and preparing lessons carefully. There are basically notes after class, and the homework is meticulously corrected. Most of the assignments are annotated. This spirit is very valuable, so we should make full use of our spare time and strengthen the guidance for students.

1. ranking: the seventh grade is the county-wide unified examination. According to the data analysis reported by various schools, the ranking of all subjects in the county is: Chinese 12, Mathematics 20, English 8, Political Biology 3, Geography 6, History 9 and Comprehensive 6.

2. Comparison: Overall, the ranking of the seventh grade in the county has been significantly improved compared with last year's primary school graduation examination, but the ranking of individual subjects is slightly backward, which affects the overall ranking of the whole grade to some extent. This is a problem that cannot be ignored and needs to be solved urgently.

3. Subject analysis: In this unified examination, biology and philosophy are ranked in the top 3 in the county, and geography, English and history are ranked in the top 3 in the county 10, which is mainly due to the hard work and efforts of teachers Yang, Yang Anming and Liang Barber. Mathematics has always been a weak link in our school. In this unified examination, mathematics is still ranked 20th.

Fourth, the existing problems

Although our seventh grade group has made some achievements in the quality of education and teaching under the impetus of the new curriculum reform this semester, there are still many problems.

1, the teaching staff is not fully equipped, such as history, geography, biology and other disciplines are taught by non-professional teachers.
