Click the "View" menu item in the menu bar above, and then select the "Grid Line" option in its function panel, so that the document will show the effect of grid lines.

Use the shortcut key Ctrl+p to display the print preview interface. There is no grid line effect in the print preview, which can't meet the requirements.

Try the second method, and set the print grid lines through the manuscript paper. The steps are as follows:

1.？ Click the "Layout" menu item;

2.？ Click the "Writing Paper Settings" button in the function panel below to open the "Writing Paper Settings" window;

3.？ In the Writing Paper Settings window, select Line Writing Paper from the format drop-down list;

4.？ Select "24 x 25" from the "Number of rows x number of columns" drop-down list;

5.？ Click the "Confirm" button below.

Go back to the document page, and open the print preview interface through Ctrl+p again. As shown in the figure, grid lines can be seen in the print preview, which can solve the demand of printing grid lines in this way.
