Qiao Hong, male, from Xiyang, Shanxi, born in China, with a college degree, is a senior economist. He used to be the secretary of the Youth League Committee of Bijie City, Guizhou Province, the county magistrate of Nayong County, Bijie City, the director of Bijie Textile Industry Bureau, the deputy director of Guizhou Textile Industry Department, the general manager of Guizhou Maotai Liquor Co., Ltd., the director of China Kweichow Moutai Distillery Co., Ltd. and the deputy secretary of the Party Committee.
