According to CPPCC's work plan in 2008, on June 9th, 10, CPPCC organized some members of CPPCC's Education, Culture, Sports and Culture Committee to inspect the new stadium in our district. Jin Xiaoping, Chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, and Lin, Vice Chairman, attended the inspection activities. CPPCC members who participated in the inspection inspected the stadium construction and internal facilities on the spot, listened to the work reports of the stadium leaders and district sports bureaus, and had a serious discussion. I. Basic information

Ankang Stadium and jinzhou area Square Project are large-scale social welfare comprehensive sports infrastructures that were unified by land acquisition and demolition after the government publicly auctioned Jiefang Road Stadium of the former Sports Bureau for more than 76 million yuan in 2002 1 month. The total project area is 300 mu, including jinzhou area Square and its ancillary facilities and roads 140 mu, Ankang Stadium and its ancillary facilities and roads 160 mu; The total investment is 65.438+0.2 billion yuan, of which the construction expenditure of Ankang Stadium is 54 million yuan. The project (stadium) has not been put into use since it started in 2002, and the first phase of the project was completed in 2005. According to the spirit of the secretary's office meeting in 2008, Ankang Stadium was handed over to the district sports bureau for management in April 2008, and it was officially organized and operated in May. In the past five months, the district sports bureau has done a lot of substantive work. First, according to the principle of "raising funds for maintenance and management through market operation and implementing the principle of" keeping the stadium by the field ",the general principles and ideas for the use, management, maintenance, development and operation of Ankang Stadium have been determined; Second, according to the principle of "no increase in staffing and funds", we will deploy elite soldiers to complete the organization and start work quickly; Third, according to the plan, the investment attraction, development and operation plan of 30 mu of non-construction project land was determined. At present, Ankang Stadium is operating normally, with clear responsibilities, staff sticking to their posts, site management and maintenance in place, management being implemented, and initial results have been achieved in project development and investment attraction.
