In order to further explore and promote the mushroom culture, Qingyuan County Party Committee and County Government moved the mushroom museum to a new location on 20 10, and officially opened it during the1kloc-0/8 th China Qingyuan Mushroom Culture Festival, adding topics on Qingyuan history and revolutionary history. Two exhibitions, Covered Bridges and Bamboo Chopsticks, opened as scheduled in the 6th Mushroom Festival in 2005. The new museum is located in the county ecological park, with a total construction area of 2,380 square meters. Its basic function is to collect, preserve, study, show and exhibit cultural relics and specimens related to mushroom cultivation, comprehensive history, revolution, covered bridges and bamboo chopsticks.

Mushroom Museum is the only museum in China that combines professionalism and comprehensiveness to display mushroom culture.
