Wenqiang Liu An is a character in the TV series Amnesty International 1959, played by Mi Dongxue. In the play, he was a lieutenant general of the North China Operations Department of the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China, and his prototype was Wen Qiang. Wen Qiang, 1907, a native of Changsha County, Hunan Province, was the deputy chief of staff of Xuzhou Suppression General of the former National Army, the director of the Northeast Office of the former Secrecy Bureau, the father of economist Guanzhong Wen, and a descendant of Wen Tianxiang. His experience has many similarities with Liu Anguo's background and Kutokuhayashi's performance.
