Xinglong Town was originally named Wobao, Zhao Hu. In the ninth year of Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty, namely 1859, Zhao Hu, Zhao Hai and Zhao Jiang, three brothers from Laiyang County, the capital of Shandong Province, who had ventured to visit China, came all the way here to settle down and take root. They set up a nest fort for land reclamation, and the first cigarette in Xinglong Town was born on the vast wasteland commonly known as "Dongye", and added "nest fort" to the name of the boss Zhao Hu. Until the thirty-fourth year of Guangxu, that is, 1908, the men who came from Shandong Peninsula, the coast of Bohai Sea and the coast of Yellow River with their families trudged all the way to Wobao in Zhaohu, where they stopped to cultivate the land and multiply, thus increasing the population here. In addition, some people who want to make a fortune on this land think that Wobao is too small, neither auspicious nor prosperous, so Xinglong Town is used. & shy;

From history to the founding of New China, Xinglong Town is called "Town", but it is actually just a so-called big village. Yang Yongmao, alternate member of the 16th Central Committee, former secretary of the CPC Harbin Municipal Committee and now deputy secretary of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, also had a wonderful middle school time here. Now, under the warm wind of reform and opening up, Xinglong Town has already taken on a new look. Not to mention that this place is no longer the hinterland of the old society. In the second year of Qing Qianlong (1737), after the establishment of Guanzhuang in Hulan, refugees poured into the area north of Songhua River every year to cultivate the land privately. The ninth year of Xianfeng (1859) was the first year of Xinglong Town. At that time, Zhao Hu Wobao area was dominated by tigers and wolves. Siping Mountain, now the residence of Xinglong Forestry Bureau, used to be an endless forest with vast sky, wild animals and flocks of birds. In the eleventh year of Xianfeng (186 1), the Qing government banned the official shortage, and a large number of Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi and so on.

The local Han people "rushed to the east" to farm and thrive, and a small village has been formed here. Therefore, the land is rich in wood. In the past, there were a large number of chariots and horses in the "Wild West", and people needed to stay in hotels when they came and went. So, in autumn and winter, the local people opened two seasonal millet shops and cart shops, and entertained passers-by with big bowls of tea, big bowls of wine, big pieces of meat, big cakes and big kang. Five years of Tongzhi (1866), Fan Qingqiang, the landlord of Jubaoshan Tun, came to "Wobao, Zhao Hu" and opened a business name "Shunfayong", dealing in tobacco, alcohol and groceries. Since then, there have been pots, mills and oil mills, which have become the economic center of this region. In the 30th year of Guangxu (1904), Bayan Susu Hall was changed to state organizational system, and "Zhaowubao" was officially renamed Xinglong. The Qing court designated this place as an important development area and set up a set of county-level political power. At the same time, large-scale buildings and trenches were built here. 1926, when the railway from Hulan to Helen was built here, the station was named "Xinglong Town". After that, the railways from Harbin to Jiamusi, Heihe and Qiqihar were successively completed and opened to traffic, and Xinglong Town was designated as a first-class station and became the throat of Binbei Line. From the mid-1920s to the early 1930s, the government implemented the policy of "tax exemption and tax exemption, land prosperity", and vigorously launched investment attraction, so that the number of merchants in Xinglong Town surged to nearly 100, becoming a distribution center for people flow and logistics in more than ten surrounding counties.
