Tianyi Yunchuan South Center is jointly built by Luzhou Municipal People's Government and China Telecom Sichuan Company, which helps to give full play to the advantages of newly-created production capacity and data center computing power, drive the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to further gather, inject strong impetus and provide solid support for the development of Luzhou digital economy, and help Sichuan build a national digital economy innovation and development pilot zone. Yang Linxing, secretary of Luzhou Municipal Party Committee, and Jong Song-Ok, general manager of China Telecom Sichuan Company, delivered speeches at the ceremony and jointly unveiled the Tianyi Yunchuan South Center.
Yang Linxing congratulated China Telecom on opening Tianyi Yunchuan South Center. He said that in recent years, Luzhou has conscientiously implemented the deployment requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government on building a "5+ 1" modern industrial system and building a trillion-level electronic information industry cluster, vigorously promoted the development of industries such as intelligent manufacturing, big data, cloud computing and information security engineering, and accelerated the construction of important electronic information industry manufacturing bases and digital economy industrial clusters in southwest China. Luzhou will give full play to the important role of Tianyi Yunchuan South Center, vigorously promote the strong chain of industries with characteristics and advantages such as electronic information (digital economy), actively promote industrial digitalization and digital industrialization, cultivate high-quality digital industrial clusters, and make every effort to create a "new industrial fortress and digital innovation city" and contribute to the construction of a national digital economy innovation and development pilot zone in Sichuan.
