When submitting resumes online, many companies require that they be sent in text, and attachments cannot be pasted. Many people choose to copy and paste the resume in word directly into the resume, but when pasting, we will find that the picture cannot be pasted. An otherwise good resume is shamed by the lack of personal photos. Recruiters don't read resumes carefully, but scan them and stay on them for a short time. Many people don't paste photos in emails. In this case, if you post photos, it will attract the attention of recruiters and increase the chances of being selected. All right, cut the crap. How to post the photos? Let's take Netease as an example to illustrate. 1. First of all, we add the photos we want to paste in Netease Album. 2. Then, click the right mouse button and select the property copy address, as shown in figure 1. 3. Enter the email editing interface, position the cursor where you want to insert the photo, click the "Insert Picture" icon, as shown in Figure 2, and paste the address you just copied in. Hehe, that's half the battle. If we simply paste it in, we will find it difficult to typeset the photos. What do we do? One way is to design a layout in word, then copy it into an email, and then replace the photos with those in your resume (paste the photos as mentioned above). When typesetting in word, it is recommended to use tables for typesetting. 6. You are finished! As shown in figure 4. Try to send a letter to your friends and share this skill with them.
