Introduction to Heilongjiang Art Vocational College The predecessor of Heilongjiang Art Vocational College was Heilongjiang Drama School, which was founded in 1959 and renamed as Heilongjiang Art School in 1972. In September 2002, with the approval of the provincial government, it merged with Heilongjiang Cultural Cadre School to form Heilongjiang Art Vocational College. At present, it is the only public full-time comprehensive art vocational college in Heilongjiang Province. In addition to the headquarters, our college has set up 10 branch schools in the whole province.
