Mr. Zou, the current chairman of the Group, is the founder of Communication, and Mr. Zeng Juewen, the current general manager, is responsible for the overall operation and management of the company.

The company consists of seven departments: general manager's office, strategic personnel center, financial management, R&D center, production center, business center and supply chain management.
