Chen is currently a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, secretary of the Central Secretariat, director of the Central Organization Department and president of the Central Party School.

Yin Weimin is currently Minister Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Central Committee.

Zhou Zuyi is currently the deputy director of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee.
