Zhang Quan, research librarian, director of the library of Geely University. 1970 graduated from the department of animal husbandry of Beijing Agricultural University, and served as director, deputy director, executive deputy director and curator of the library department of China Agricultural University. He used to be a member of Beijing University Library Working Committee, vice chairman of Agricultural Library Branch of China Agricultural Society, director of CALIS National Agronomy Center, and member of National Steering Committee of University Library of Ministry of Education. He has won the title of advanced worker for many times and published more than 20 papers.
