Born in a poor family in Xinping Yi and Dai Autonomous County, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province on June 6th, 1988 165438. When he was 6 years old, he was accidentally burned by high-voltage electric shock. His right thigh muscle was torn from top to bottom by electric current, and his leg bone was exposed. He was severely burned in many other parts of his body. In order to save his life, his parents Dong Nuoxi owed 10 more than ten thousand yuan. A poor family's huge debt, even his uncles and aunts are too scared to go out with his family. It is common for parents to pay their debts only by selling millet during the harvest season, and it is also common for them to be unable to afford things at home during the Spring Festival. After Wang became sensible, her mother often said, "Be ambitious and live up to expectations, so that those who look down on us can see that people with one hand are as good as those with two hands.". A poor family and unfortunate fate have shaped Wang Jianqiang's character.
In April, 20001year, a person from the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation came to his hometown to select disabled athletes and found this big boy with big hands and feet. In May, he was taken to Kunming for swimming training. Wang remembered his mother's words, cherished this rare opportunity, and was determined to train hard and strive to be a successful person. During the training, the water temperature in the swimming pool was low, and he caught a cold for some time. Every day after entering the water, he couldn't help shivering. When he called his mother, he couldn't help crying, but he put down the phone and jumped into the water again, silently completing the course arranged by the coach. Wang is full of momentum. He is determined that no matter whether new athletes or old athletes swim in front, they must surpass themselves and swim in front. At first, he took his teammates at the same level and the world record holder as the catch-up targets. He carefully observed other people's movements, listened carefully to what the coach taught him, and went into the water to experience it repeatedly. Through hard work, he achieved his goal, catching up with and surpassing his teammates. Then he targeted the athletes who were lighter than himself, and took his own world record as the goal of catching up. During training, he never slacked off. He stays in the water for more than 7 hours every day and swims more than 1 10,000 meters. After coming out of the water, he was too tired to eat and fall asleep, but he told himself that as long as he was training, he should do every movement well. Later, he became the most standardized swimmer recognized by the coach.
Because of hard training, Wang's performance has soared in a year and a month, and his sports performance has been equivalent to that of a healthy swimmer after four years of systematic training.
Children who grew up in the mountains and have never seen a swimming pool, with tenacious will, quickly entered the ranks of world champions.
