Take aspirin for a long time and be alert to four common side effects:
1. causes tinnitus and hearing loss.
Some patients may have tinnitus after taking aspirin, showing high profile, and even deafness in severe cases. After stopping aspirin, tinnitus can disappear and hearing can return to normal.
2. Liver and kidney damage
A few patients can cause liver injury after taking high-dose aspirin, and the clinical symptoms are jaundice, elevated transaminase, hepatomegaly and hepatocyte necrosis. At the same time, if aspirin is taken orally in large doses for a long time, it may cause chronic interstitial nephritis and renal necrosis, and protein, epithelial cells and casts appear in urine. In severe cases, renal tubular necrosis and renal function damage can be seen. These adverse reactions usually appear 2 ~ 3 weeks after taking the medicine. After stopping taking the medicine, the liver and kidney functions can generally recover on their own, so don't worry too much.
