When I first saw it, I was moved by the background works.

This world has both a sense of painting and porcelain.

We must leave for a while.

On the weekend when the cold wind was mixed with warm sunshine, Qingqi finally met her friend Chen Xiaoyu at this small porcelain exhibition.

At first, when I was invited by Xiaoyu, the slogan "Leave beauty to 10,000 years later" made my heart beat before the exhibition. Walking and chatting in the afternoon of the exhibition not only deepened my cognition and recognition of "small porcelain painting", but also saved my anxiety these days through leisurely wandering.

On that day, 33 painters with different styles and pursuits brought us more than 160 works at the national exhibition of "Painting Small Salt Porcelain Plates" in Beijing Poly Time Museum.

Porcelain plate painting, a once extinct art form, is still cherished by minority groups.

A good porcelain painting often takes the author months or even years, and the trial and error and firing in the middle are maddening and intoxicating. In the eyes of Qingshe, TA is full of mysterious charm, which deserves more people to know.

You are forgotten in the long river of time.

No matter how many sweet words we put on porcelain paintings, we can't cover up the "grievances" they have suffered for thousands of years. Undeniably, the all-round development of porcelain painting has been delayed.

As the only country in the world with an uninterrupted history of 5,000 years, we have many bright spots to be proud of. Porcelain, ink painting, poetry and songs, piano music novels, have been surging for thousands of years in the long river of history, shining and creating their own times.

However, porcelain painting, we can spy on TA in the context of any cultural era and witness the changes of the years, both the warmth of utensils and the beauty and soul of painting, but the era of TA has not yet arrived.

Originally, when ceramics met ink painting, which also occupies an important position in the history of China fine arts, it should be a combination of one plus one and more than two, but porcelain painting seems to have been forgotten by this turbulent river at the end of time.

When we collect porcelain, we pay more attention to the value of TA as an "artifact". Different from this, when we collect porcelain paintings, we should understand TA as the existence of "painting".

With the changes of porcelain, the paintings on porcelain add another color to porcelain, and now it has evolved into the soul-like existence of many porcelains. However, this more direct way of presenting and inheriting porcelain plate painting hides in the corner of time when other artistic carriers "talk about Kan Kan" in historical chapters.

This small exhibition of porcelain paintings shows the unique beauty and charm of porcelain paintings, and also shows us that this once silent art form is silently forming the artistic language of TA and telling its own story.

The Youth Society knows that in order to make this undisputed art form reappear in front of everyone, there are many efforts of curator Xiaoyu and invited artists from all walks of life. Now we see the successful exhibition of "Painting Salt" in China, and we also see the hope of the revival of porcelain plate painting.

You are the wayward child of fire and mud.

When fire meets mud, it makes a qualitative change with each other. Wu Qiang, a senior arts and crafts artist in China, once shared in the exhibition that ceramics are the art of fire, and the porcelain plate painting evolved from ceramics is a unique and cultural painting form.

Do you know that these two 33cmx33cm porcelain paintings, as big as A4 paper, actually take a long and complicated process to finally take shape-

To paint on a porcelain tire, we must first make a white tire and repeatedly crush it with the fine silicate porcelain clay in Jingdezhen to remove bubbles and impurities. After firing, it will become the "paper" of porcelain painting.

Glaze with mineral pigments and oily substances, and outline the white tire with different brushes. This step often requires extra effort. White tires will not absorb a lot of water after firing, and they can't fix patterns like paper. Be extra careful with every stroke.

It takes luck to draw basic lines, smudge the scenery, and then the firing stage. Porcelain painting needs to be painted and outlined many times according to the distance of the picture and the depth of the tone. Every shot is a test of luck.

Flame is an uncontrollable factor. The temperature of a certain part of the flame is too high or too low, which will have different degrees of influence on porcelain. Where the colors should be uniform, there may be great contrast color difference, and the porcelain plate itself may also have unpredictable changes. This step is often repeated several times or even a dozen times.

The color change of mineral pigments, the temperature distribution in the kiln, and the probability of bubbles generated during firing, any subtle differences determine the ultimate success or failure of the painting. Even the same two paintings may have different effects because of the above factors, and even before the final work is out of the kiln, the author can't be sure of its state.

Some things, the more uncontrollable, the easier it is to be stubborn.

This small porcelain painting, if all goes well, will take at least 20 days to reach the final step and become a real work. This uncertainty, on the one hand, makes TA enjoy unexpected results that even the author did not expect, on the other hand, makes every porcelain painting an "orphan" that is difficult to imitate and copy.

You have your own story and soul.

Some people say that if you want to know a writer, you can read his novels in a few days; If you want to know a musician, you only need to listen to his music for a few hours; And if you want to know a painter, you only need to spend a few seconds looking at his paintings.

You and I both know that every good painting has its own story behind it. The author incorporated his own story and soul into the painting. If you are a confidant, you can feel it at a glance.

Chen Xiandong's colorful and childlike works are very eye-catching. Just looking at the painting, no one can imagine that the author of this painting is over the age of seventy.

Li's works have caused great controversy, unlike simple Chinese painting or oil painting. Coarse pigment sometimes forms rough lines, and sometimes it is fine and smooth.

Sun Zhonghua, curator, said: "He really mastered the properties of ceramic materials before his creation. His porcelain painting can almost be called a model, because together with Li, there are many painters in today's exhibition "Painting Salt". "

Li Yanxian Pavilion No.2, rusted hills and valleys, traveling in clouds.

Li and Li Yanxuan, two fathers and sons, have the same blood, but each has given birth to a completely different and unique painting style. Different from his father Li's bold and deep ink landscape, Li Yanxuan prefers to use the contrast between red and green to create the artistic conception of his works. Red, iron, green and copper clearly reproduce an ancient glaze color variety-red and green.

The collision and contrast of colors not only shows the younger generation's self-awareness of porcelain painting, but also shows an artist's unique vitality.

Gao Jianjun is a walker.

Gao Jianjun has always preferred blue and white colors and patterns. Clean white with deep and shallow blue is a natural and profound genre in itself.

Painters also have their own tastes, but sometimes for porcelain painting, perfect appearance and perfect artistic conception are like fish and bear's paw, and you can't have both. The above picture shows the author's satisfactory pursuit of artistic conception, but adds regret because of several bubbles produced during firing; The picture below looks clean and pure in appearance, but the artistic conception does not meet the author's own pursuit.

With a touch of pure white as the bottom, all kinds of objects occupy a corner, adding a little fireworks to the fairy white, just like the hop of the piano, chess, calligraphy, painting and poetry that we once loved so much, it will eventually return to the rice, oil, salt, sauce and vinegar tea.

As the only underglaze color painting in this exhibition, his existence is unique among many underglaze color paintings, and the color is integrated with porcelain tires, which is quite Taoist and everything is integrated.

Dai qingquan Dunhuang cultural imprint series

Trying, innovating and breaking through, the derivation of every art form is inseparable from these three stages. Sketch the basic color blocks on the porcelain board, and then create the overall concave-convex feeling and realism of the picture by different means such as carving and pasting.

Dai Qingquan, as the only painter who used this painting technique in this exhibition, fully demonstrated the difference in plasticity between ceramic painting and other carriers. I believe that Dai Qingquan, who has received much attention, will bring us more novel visual experiences.

The leisurely and quiet water in Shen Lishan seems to be free from external interference. The light passing through the gap hits the picture, reflecting a dense watery light with the landscape in the painting.

Suddenly, I remembered Jiang Yang's words: "We were so looking forward to the recognition of the outside world, and finally realized that the world is our own and has nothing to do with others." Shen Li's works let us settle our hearts quietly in the impetuous urban life.

Deng Ying's Mermaid Series

Deng Ying showed the mermaid series from her own soft and delicate perspective. The faint blue is outlined as the ocean, and the little mermaid swims in front of her from the fairy tale. My friends who used to go with me laughed when they saw them, thinking that they saw a comfortable and pure little world. But for me, it led to some inexplicable and terrible loneliness.

Ten thousand years from now.

You're still beautiful.

To put it bluntly, the ceramic embryos used for porcelain painting are basically silicates.

However, the painting presented on this silicate tire shows the beauty of ceramics and painting, which is interesting and full of surprises. This kind of beauty created by fire and clay tires can be spread for thousands of years. This kind of attempt and exploration is like the sentence engraved on the cover of Salt Exhibition Book-"Because of their efforts, we can imagine some freedom."

We hope that it has many characteristics of China ceramic art, painting art and calligraphy art, and the porcelain plate painting that can be permanently preserved will still be beautiful after 10,000 years. I hope these works, which carry the author's soul, will still be as dazzling as when they were born from the original bath fire after 10 thousand years.
