Dou Huashu, born in 1958, was born in Gaoqing, Zibo. As the first college student after the resumption of the college entrance examination, he completed his undergraduate and master's degrees in Northeastern University, obtained his doctorate in Beihang University, and later served as an associate professor in the Department of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering in Tsinghua University. Professional research field is fluid mechanics and machinery, mainly engaged in aircraft engine and shell research. He is currently a visiting professor in Peking University and Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a well-known scholar in international fluid mechanics.

Currently, he is a research scientist and project leader at the National University of Singapore. He is a well-known scholar in the field of international fluid mechanics and has had many academic exchanges and cooperation with Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beihang University and other domestic institutions.
