The State Council's Opinions on Strengthening Post-event Supervision after the Reform of "Taking photos first and then issuing certificates" (Guo Fa [2065438+05] No.62) requires "deepening the reform of commercial system, changing the concept of market supervision, clarifying the supervision responsibility, innovating the supervision mode, building a transparent and efficient post-event supervision mechanism with clear rights and responsibilities, correctly handling the relationship between the government and the market, and maintaining a fair market order." The State Council Legislative Affairs Office solicited the opinions of relevant departments, local people's governments and trade associations, and went to local research. According to the feedback and investigation, the draft was revised in conjunction with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the Measures for Investigating and Handling Unlicensed and Unlicensed Business (Draft for Comment) was formed (hereinafter referred to as the Draft for Comment).
