Born in Yongding, Fujian, 19 13. I was an apprentice in a grocery store in Longyan in my early years. 1929 join the revolutionary workers' movement. Joined the Communist Youth League in April. He organized the procurement of military supplies such as cloth and western medicine, and dispatched and supplied military supplies to the grain stores where the Red Army was fighting in Fujian as a part-time Commissioner of the Central Military Commission. He did a good job. Participated in all previous counter-campaigns against "encirclement and suppression" and the Long March in the Central Soviet Area. After arriving in northern Shaanxi, he served as the director of the finance department of the General Supply Department of the Central Military Commission, went to xi 'an and Luochuan to raise munitions for the Red Army, and organized clothing factories in security. 1After graduating from the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University in the autumn of 937, he served as the Minister of Supply Department of the Central Military Commission.
