Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in 1 July 19981. It is a joint venture company jointly funded by Guangzhou Automobile Group Corporation and Honda Technology Industry Co., Ltd. of Japan, with each party holding 50% shares. The cooperation period is 30 years.

Guangqi Honda currently has two factories, Huangpu factory and Zengcheng factory. The main products are Crown Road SUV, Accord sedan, Odyssey multifunctional sedan, Lingpai sedan, Feng Fan sedan, Fit sedan and self-owned brand concept sedan.
