Decision of Dalian Municipal People's Government on Abolishing 13 Municipal Government Regulations

The municipal government decided to abolish the "Provisions of Dalian Municipality on Solving the Problem of Arrears and Deductions of Migrant Workers' Wages in the Construction Industry" and other 13 municipal government regulations, which shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
