1996 was sent to Kyoto university in Japan by the Ministry of education as a doctoral student in government exchange.

After graduating in July 2000, I worked as a software engineer in Japan Software Engineering Company.

In February 2003, he was introduced as a special talent by the Institute of Water Environment, and was formally appointed as a professor by the school in February of the same year.

Current position: Professor (doctoral supervisor) of School of Water Resources and Environment, China Geo University.
