From 2007 to 2008, he taught in the Law School of the University of International Business and Economics, worked in the postdoctoral mobile station of Tsinghua University Law School from 2008 to 20 10, and taught in Peking University Law School from 20 10 in September. He visited Freiburg University and Soochow University in Taiwan Province Province. He used to be the editor-in-chief of Peking University Law Review, Journal of Peking University Graduate Students and China Law Review, and now he is the executive editor-in-chief of Criminal Law Interpretation and the editor-in-chief of legal planning in Taiwan Province Province, Chinese mainland.
