He has served as a cadre of Yuci City Construction Committee in Shanxi Province; Lecturer, director, associate professor and deputy director of the Department of Investment Economics of Central University of Finance and Economics; Deputy General Manager of Beijing International Electric Power Development and Investment Corporation; Chief Accountant of China Energy Saving Investment Company. He is currently the chief accountant of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Corporation.
