At present, there are three reception hospitals in Xining, including Dean Reception Hospital in Qinghai, Qingtang Reception Hospital and Beichuan Hospital of the First Hospital.

Xining, formerly known as Qing Tang Cheng, Xiping County and Shanzhou, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Qinghai Province. It is the capital of Qinghai Province and an important central city in northwest China approved by the State Council. As of 202 1, there are five districts and two counties in the city, with a total area of 7660 square kilometers.
