Students must obtain qualified doctoral invitations before applying for CSC and elite programs. CSC and Elite Program require many details in the invitation letter, including the institutions studying abroad, the time and duration of studying abroad, the research direction and the "tuition-free statement". Finally, the invitation letter must be signed by a foreign tour guide. The elite program needs to provide Chinese translation of the invitation letter.

Third, wait for CSC to open the application and submit the online application materials.

CSC's online application materials include: graduate application form, company recommendation form, application form for graduate students to go abroad in our school, domestic recommendation letter (in English), invitation letter, study plan (English version of the research plan requires the signature of foreign tutor), resume of foreign tutor, master's degree, master's report card, scanned version of the highest academic degree certificate, IELTS test report, ID card, etc.
