Pu's secretary Pu (1929 (last year) -2002 (Renwu year)) was born in August 1929 in Lixian County (now Huaning), Yunnan Province. 1947 In September, when studying in the great wall middle school, Kunming, he joined the NLD and served as the president of the Student Union. 1 in March, 948, he was sent by the party organization to the countryside to launch the "anti-three signs", organized the Huaning underground party, and served as a member of the leading group of1District Party and secretary of Huaxi District Committee. 1In September, 1949, she served as a column nurse of China People's Liberation Army in the border region of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi1/member of the Communist Youth League Party Committee and instructor of the 2nd Battalion. 1950 1 served as chairman and deputy magistrate of Huaning county government in Yunnan province, and deputy magistrate of Chenggong county in Yunnan province (195 1 year-1952 studied at the Party School of Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China). 1952 1 used to be the captain of the land reform team in Yuxi city, Yunnan province and the director of the local taxation bureau in Yuxi city. 1June, 953 served as deputy secretary and county magistrate of Xinping County Committee of Yunnan Province. 1957 In September, he served as Deputy Minister and Minister of Finance and Trade Department of Yuxi Prefecture Committee of Yunnan Province. From June 65438 to June 0960, he served as a member of Yuxi District Committee of the Communist Party of China and secretary of Xinping County Committee. From 65438 to March 0965, he served as a member of the CPC Yuxi Committee and deputy director of the Finance Department of Yuxi Special Committee. 1968 February-1972 persecuted during the "cultural revolution" and sent to the May 7th cadre school to work. 65438-0972 served as the leader of the working group in Yuanjiang County, Yunnan Province. 1975 1 Deputy Director of Yuxi Financial Office. 1September, 1979, served as Deputy Secretary of CPC Yuxi prefectural committee, Commissioner of Yuxi administrative office and secretary of CPC Yuxi prefectural committee. 1In February 1983, he served as deputy secretary and governor of Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. 1July, 1985-1August, 1995, he served as secretary of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee.
