Han Chang (975- 1027) was the second son of Han Dewei, the fifth son of Han Kuangsi, the king of Qin in Liao Dynasty. Qidan Name: Lu Ye Sui Zheng. Han Chang died on March 24th, 2007 (1027) at the age of 52 in the official residence of Liao Xingjun.
