IPQC refers to the quality control in the manufacturing process, that is, the quality monitoring and control of products from the input of materials to the final packaging of products. Specific responsibilities are:

1, responsible for guiding QC team members to operate according to standardization (7S and operation according to formula flow, that is, comprehensive standardized operation of people, machines, materials, methods and environment).

2. Responsible for the investigation of process stability and process capability.

3. Responsible for the inspection of products in different processes and different states in the production process, and make original inspection records.

4, responsible for the problems found in the inspection timely put forward improvement countermeasures, and timely report according to the prescribed procedures.

5. Be responsible for tracing back the defective products on the management line (traced back to the operator, and making statistics on the defects of each working procedure), and supervise the rework. 6. Be responsible for filling in the inspection report according to the original inspection records, and making statistical summary of the relevant data of the month, quarter and year.
