Taxi enterprises operate independently or by contract according to the operating resources allocated by the government, pay the drivers' basic old-age insurance, basic medical care, unemployment and other insurance premiums in full and on time in accordance with the provisions of the state, scientifically and reasonably formulate taxi contract fees, and participate in market competition in an open, fair and just manner.

6. The taxi company fully contributes to the purchase of vehicles, and the property rights of the vehicles belong to the company. During the operation period, the management right belongs to the company, which pays compensation and owns no less than 100 taxis.

(3) Relevant policies of existing individual taxi operators.
