Ke Jingmin's resume
Ke Jingmin's experience can be divided into three stages: legal adviser to financial regulatory agencies, senior executives of foreign-funded financial enterprises and financial commentators.

Although Ke Jingmin was born in law, he stumbled into the financial circle very early. Since 1996, he has served as a legal adviser to China Bond, participated in the formulation of bond rules, and regularly provided suggestions on legal issues involved in relevant supervision to the People's Bank of China, the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission and other regulatory authorities.

In order to further improve myself and gain an international perspective, I went to Blakes, the largest Canadian law firm, as a consultant in 2007, mainly to assist China enterprises to list in North America and North American enterprises to invest in China. Later, he joined a European fund company as an executive and invested in many European pension funds and insurance funds in China.

Engaged in professional work for nearly 20 years, Ke Jingmin suddenly found that his favorite job is financial writing. This is due to his family, because his parents are both senior editors of People's Daily. He grew up in the People's Daily compound and has lingering feelings for journalism. After graduation, although he worked in law and economy, writing and journalism were always his dreams.

His writing experience, whether undergraduate or graduate, was published for the first time, which improved his confidence in writing. After work, he always writes work reports and work summaries to clients (according to him, his letters to clients have the style of Buffett's letters to shareholders, and almost every client writes them and can't finish a few pages). In addition, he participated in the research and development of customer projects, published a large number of papers, and was included in the National People's Congress Information Center for many times; Finally, enter the easy-to-understand financial writing.

Now he is a columnist of Global Finance, a columnist of Sina Finance, a partner of Derun Law Firm, and in charge of the State Council Development Research Center.

He maintains good relations with the government-run financial media, the Department of New Finance and Economics, and the Department of Southern Affairs. Up to now, he has published a lot of articles in Financial Times, Financial Expo, China Bond, China Venture Capital, Contemporary Financier, Caixin, Southern Metropolis Daily and other newspapers and magazines, occasionally commented on financial events in Caixin Media, and received many exclusive interviews with China Economic Times and China Enterprise.
