How often do you receive an interview notice after submitting your resume?
Hello, there is no clear answer to this question. Different companies have different rules.

For example, some companies are recruiting urgently, so their hr may always be in front of the computer. They will check your resume as soon as they receive it, and if they think it is suitable, they will call you immediately. Maybe a few minutes after you submit your resume, they will inform you of the past interview, and the interview will be fine, and then arrange for you to join as soon as possible.

On the contrary, if some companies are not too short of people at present, but in order to prevent employees from leaving their jobs suddenly, they will also hang some job advertisements on the recruitment network. Hr will check their resumes when they have time to screen some outstanding talents. If someone really leaves, they will call to make an appointment for an interview.

So I personally feel that there is no clear regulation on this, but the longest time is only half a month. If there is no phone call for more than half a month, I personally feel that I can actually give up this company and look for other better opportunities.
