The play tells the story that migrant worker Zhang Sanjin accidentally saved Qiu Yuejin's life. In the dilemma of "helping or not", Zhang Sanjin chose to sign a family consent form for Qiu Yuejin's operation, and was involved in the emotional story of Qiu Yuejin and his blind daughter Hua Er.
The play premiered in Tianjin Literature and Art Channel on June 30th, 20 15.

"You are my eye" pays attention to the spiritual outlook of the people at the bottom of the city and is close to the real life of ordinary people at zero distance. Zhang Sanjin, Hua 'er, Shenma and Yunyun in the play are almost diaosi, with no house, car, hukou and social status. But they didn't give up, didn't go with the flow, but worked hard towards their goals and dreams. Although they often make shocking and funny behaviors, they are still wise and interesting.
