A Case Study of Star Interview
# Classic Talk about Star Interview:

Sort out your key events through the star structure. The so-called star structure is the acronym of four English words: situation, goal, action and result.

Take an example to understand:

A person applied for a new media operation position in an enterprise, and wrote a sentence on his resume:

"I am responsible for the operation, activity planning and H5 page production of an official WeChat account and Weibo account in a company. During my tenure, I effectively increased the number of users and reading of the official WeChat account. " If the resume is really written like this, does it look like it deserves to sink into the sea?

After using the star structure, you have to write down the background, tasks, actions and results, and the same thing will be expressed like this-

First, the background. When I arrived, the company's new media operation started soon, with a little more than 3000 fans.

Second, the task. The company asked me to increase the number of fans to more than 6000 in three months. Within the company, people without relevant experience can provide support.

Move again. It can be written as follows: ask friends in the same industry for experience. Through three rounds of questionnaires and more than 50 interviews, users' feedback was collected, and the push strategy was re-formulated, and it was continuously adjusted and optimized in combination with background data analysis.

Finally, the result. It should be written like this: within three months, the number of followers of this WeChat official account has increased from more than 3,000 to more than 8,000, exceeding the tasks given by the company.
