Bian Zhangwu (1900 ~ 1954) once used the name Bian Shenzhai. A native of Wenlangkou Village, Shulu County (now xinji city), Hebei Province. He is an outstanding Communist party member, diplomat, strategist and revolutionary in China. Participated in the Ningdu Uprising that shocked the whole country and completed the famous 25,000-mile Long March. He was the first military attache of People's Republic of China (PRC)'s embassy in the Soviet Union, and he was an expert in angrily defeating American imperialism at the negotiating table.
