Altamira Cave is a big cave, about 300 meters long. The frescoes found in Sotwula are painted on the top of the cave, which are more than 12 meters long and more than 6 meters wide, and are painted with images of various animals.

The whole picture has bright lines, bright colors, reasonable layout and good density. Some animals are running, some are growling, some are injured and half lying down. These animals are lifelike and vividly portrayed.

After discovering this large mural, Suotula immediately invited a professor of geology from Madd University to help with textual research. Geologists decided that it was a mural of primitive human beings, so Suotula went through all the hardships to copy this big mural and handed it over to an international academic organization in Lisbon.
