September 1980 to July 1984 graduated from Shandong Institute of Building Materials Industry with a bachelor's degree in engineering. 1April, 1997, studied in the training class for cadres of state organs branch of the Central Party School. From 2003 199 1 to 1, he served as secretary of the party branch, member of the party Committee, organization minister, personnel director and organization minister of Southwest University of Science and Technology. Since June 2003, he has served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Mianyang Normal University.
