As the foundation and guarantee of enterprise management, rules and regulations are an indispensable and important link in our work. However, due to various reasons, the personnel management system of our company is extremely imperfect.

All the rules and regulations of personnel management were formulated xx years ago and have been in use ever since. Due to the changes in the objective environment, enterprise development and personnel flow faced by enterprises, these "outdated" systems are far from meeting the actual needs of enterprise development, and the personnel management rules and regulations of enterprises are almost in a "vacuum" state.

In order to reverse this situation, a "bright spot" after my work is to establish and improve various rules and regulations under the guidance of modern management concepts and combined with the actual situation of enterprises, so that personnel management can be followed by rules and evidence.

For a period of time, I revised the employee attendance system, and successively drafted 20 1 1 detailed rules for the implementation of employee performance appraisal, employee training management system, workflow of personnel department, labor contract management process, employee's responsibilities in the company and other management systems, so as to put all personnel management work into the track of scientific management and standardized operation.

Two, clean up and improve the management of personnel files, and consolidate the basic work of personnel management.

Our company has 422 employees, including the headquarters and three branches in Hebei, Sichuan and Guangxi. The staff has a large geographical span and a large amount of management tasks. In view of the chaotic personnel management in the past, since I became the personnel manager, I have carried out a series of work in finding out the basic situation of employees and establishing clear and standardized employee management files:

First of all, I led the department staff to complete the establishment and cleaning of the "second employee file" and the entry of employees' electronic files, so as to understand the basic situation of the company's employees; Secondly, with the comrades of the department, I took the opportunity of implementing the new labor contract law to thoroughly clean up, review and sign the labor contract signed between the company and employees, and timely terminate the labor contract for employees who are expired, and terminate the labor contract for employees who are obviously incompetent or have other disciplinary actions.

These tasks are easy to say, but they are a "big project", which is time-consuming, laborious and boring, and may also offend people in the process of terminating and dissolving the contract. However, with a sense of responsibility, I led everyone to successfully complete this task. Through such "dragnet" combing and auditing, the basic work of personnel management has been consolidated, and a solid foundation has been laid for the formulation and implementation of a series of management norms such as employee performance appraisal.

As a member of our unit, my work is tedious and tests people's patience, but this is not the excuse I want to find. In order to do a good job, I must take my work seriously and always think about how to do it well. I think it's an excellent way to sum up my work from time to time. First, online recruitment and offline recruitment are simultaneously launched.

This month is the recruitment season. In order to avoid missing many outstanding talents this month due to insufficient preparation, I conducted online recruitment and offline recruitment with my colleagues in the department. In online recruitment, we avoid missing talents, carefully check every resume and make sure that every resume has been carefully checked. In order to avoid increasing the workload and making other work impossible and time-consuming, we have conducted targeted and accurate screening.

This month, a total of 7 outstanding talents were found online for this unit. Offline recruitment, we still participated in the recruitment of large-scale talent market as scheduled, and also conducted the campus recruitment that we failed to participate in last year. Through these two recruitment methods, a total of ten outstanding talents were recruited for the unit.

Second, organize candidates to conduct assessment tests.

This work is also progressing smoothly this month. The topics of this assessment test were made by me, and they were all close to the actual work, so as to ensure that the employees who can do the tasks assigned by the unit can be screened out fundamentally. Through this examination and test, five winners were selected and they were hired.

Third, arouse the work enthusiasm of employees in this unit.

As a member of the company, there are other jobs besides recruitment every month. In this month, in addition to recruitment, I mainly transferred the work to the employees of the unit.

There is rotation in my unit, and everyone will experience it. In this month, I mobilized seven employees in rotation to ensure that these people and all other colleagues in the unit can understand all the work needed by the unit in rotation, so that the trained talents will be the talents needed by the unit and create value for the unit.
