How to write a resume?
Resume is mainly divided into four parts: personal basic information, work experience, full-time experience and educational experience.

First, resume writing skills are as follows:

1. Complete resume. Put yourself in the other's shoes and try to pass the personal summary information to the human resources management department where you are applying. The resume form sent is consistent with its standard form items, and even more informative. In order to give people a good impression and style of doing things with frankness, seriousness and prudence.

2. Fill in continuity of work experience. There is a simple reason. When there is a fault in your work experience, you must give the reason especially seriously. Otherwise, it is likely to be considered that you have been unable to find a job or are in poor health, which will greatly reduce your ability and quality.

3. Try to show job stability in your resume. Few companies like job-hopping. Generally speaking, working in a company for more than one year will be considered as qualified for job stability. If you change many companies within a year, it will be considered that the job stability is poor and the work ability will not meet the requirements.

4. Always doing the same type of work, if you frequently change jobs across industries, it will be considered that your career planning is vague and your life orientation is vague. Therefore, continuous work experience in the same industry will add points to personal ability.

5. Family background. Many candidates don't understand why there is a family background column on their resumes. In fact, the company collects this information to understand the living conditions of job seekers and prepare for emergencies. You can fill in the occupation and education of parents and spouses as appropriate.

6. Skills are consistent with the job responsibilities of the position you are applying for. Rearrange the skills and expertise that best meet the job responsibilities, project situation and other work experience of the applied position according to importance and relevance, knowing that HR generally scans the application resume.

7. Study whether age, professional title and salary match. This is necessary. Imagine that middle-aged people in their forties, who have just arrived at middle management, will be considered to have little development potential. If you are really excellent, you can speak with data and prove your extraordinary ability with excellent projects.

8. Pay attention to the requirements. First, it must be filled in; Secondly, we should not be arbitrary or casual; Third, we should give a range according to the actual situation in order to prepare for further discussion during the interview.

9. The reason for leaving should not be carelessness. If the reason for leaving is acceptable to everyone, you can fill it in truthfully. Otherwise, we need to use some skills. I'm not advocating cheating, because of the hidden rules in the workplace. I can honestly answer "the salary is too low" and "the boss has a bad temper" ... the consequences can be imagined.

10, education. For non-freshmen, please put this item at the end, and fill it in from high to low, generally as low as university degree (if you are excellent in high school, it is not bad to fill in high school, only for freshmen). Whether to obtain a degree certificate should also be pointed out.

Second, the resume notes:

1, be sure to fill in your online resume carefully;

2. Self-evaluation is very important. Don't ignore this column, show your advantages in all aspects clearly and concisely;

3. List work experience item by item. Writing work experience as job responsibilities can make HR clear at a glance;

4. Update your resume in time.
